Neurisense uses the information you share to answer your enquiries and, with your permission, understand how the website is used.
Your conversations
Crisp loads when you open a chat. Abdelmjid answers personally. Messages and contact details you choose to share are processed by Crisp to provide the conversation. You can also email us directly.
AI agent tools can prepare a local draft. That draft is not sent automatically.
Cookies and browser storage
The banner lets you reject optional cookies, accept all or manage your preferences. Website analytics is the optional category and stays off before you agree. Use “Cookie settings” to return to these controls at any time.
- Cookie choice: Neurisense stores it locally for 180 days, including when you reject optional cookies.
- Chat: Crisp service cookies are used only when you open a conversation. They restore your messages and have a default six-month lifetime, renewed when the chat loads.
- Website analytics: with your permission, PostHog uses local and session browser storage for random visitor and session identifiers. This integration does not use advertising cookies.
Optional website analytics
PostHog starts only after you agree. It receives page visits, language, the referring website’s domain, permitted campaign tags, general browser and device information, and clicks on sectors, offers, questions and contact links. A random identifier distinguishes visitors and sessions. PostHog can also derive an approximate location from your connection before discarding the IP address from events. We use PostHog’s European region.
We do not send chat messages, names, emails, phone numbers, form text or project drafts to PostHog. Session recordings and automatic interaction capture are disabled. URL queries and fragments are removed, except for permitted campaign tags.
Your choice is saved in your browser for 180 days. You can decline or withdraw permission through “Cookie settings”; subsequent interactions are then no longer tracked. This change does not erase data already collected. The website and chat work without analytics.
